All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We may reschedule due to unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic, or emergencies.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer- A call-out fee may apply for diagnostic-only visits or cancellations without notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a call-out fee.

We supply new or OEM-equivalent parts unless otherwise agreed.- All parts and labour are covered by a 30-day warranty, unless specified.- Warranty excludes misuse, unrelated failures, or additional damage.

We are not liable for any pre-existing issues or faults not related to the services provided. Service may be refused if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

Ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe location.- Provide accurate vehicle information before the appointment.- Remain available for communication during the repair process.
